Spirits Industry Welcomes EU's request for WTO panel on Philippines tax discrimination
Following the European Commission's decision yesterday (10 December), the formation of a dispute settlement panel to resolve discriminatory spirits taxation in the Philippines will be discussed at a WTO meeting on 21 December. (11 December 2009).

European Spirit Producers voice continued support of the EU Alcohol Strategy.
Following the adoption of the Council Conclusions on Alcohol and Health, CEPS agrees with the recommendations on the importance of a multi-stakeholder approach. (1 December 2009)
